- Now take raw mango remove their skin then grate it with the help of grater.
- Then transfer it in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt, tarmaric powder now heat oil add onion seeds,put this Oil in boil.
- Now add mustard dal,sour powder and cummin seeds grind it and put it in bowl.
- Add 1/2 packet Achar masala and mix it well
- Mix it well and add 2,3tsp white vinegar mix it well again it is ready.
- Fill it in air tide contaner after two days ready to serve
The raw mango pieces are mixed with spicy chilli powder and tempered with mustard, asafoetida. And grind to a coarse powder.. Mango slices should be little dry but still moist. Note: Mangoes will reduce in volume. Add all the spices to salt water and keep it aside.
