- Firstly in a blender take 1 cup coriander leaves, ½ cup mint leaves and peeled raw mango chopped and just a tsp of lemon juice.
- Also add 3 clove garlic, 3 inch ginger and 3 green chilli & salt. I like to use walnuts as it works as a preservative too
- Blend everything to a smooth paste adding water (only if needed add a spoon only)
- Don’t put too much water at a time otherwise chutney will become very runny.
- Green chutney is ready to use for sandwich or chaats.
The process of making mango chutney is very easy with a handful of ingredients. It is Prepared by crushing and blending all the ingredients like raw mangoes, mint and coriander leaves with basic spices like salt and cumin seeds.
