I use this channel to upload and share my recipes. Peel and cut mangoes, remove seeds and quarter, boil in salted water till tender. Heat oil, fry mustard seeds till they splutter, add fenugreek and cummin seeds, curry leaves and onion, fry till onion.   6. With couliflower mix everything the listed ingredients and mix properly, if required add besan more and make round Pokoda balls.
  7. Deep fry with oil. Pokoda ready.
