- Clean raw mango and then peel the skin.Cut the mango into small cubes and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan. Add mustard seeds, jeera,fennel seeds, and allow it to splutter.Add hing, red chilli powder,tumeric and mix well. Add the mango pieces and mix well.
- Add salt and grated jaggery and cook for 10 mins on slow flame.
- Once the mango pieces are soft,remove from flame and allow it to cool.
- Serve it with chapati or rice.
