- Add the mango puree to the agar agar mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls.
- Allow to set at room temperature and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours.
- At the time of serving garnish with mango pieces and serve chillied.
