Let it cool completely.Transfer it to a glass ware Add the cut mangoes and green chillies to it.Add a little oil (that prevents it from spoiling).let it hit the sun for few days. Store it airtight.
- For chutney crush the shallots and dry chillies to fine paste. In a mixer grind together this mixture with some shredded coconut, curry leaves,brined mango pieces and little coconut oil.
