  1. Heat the oil in a kadai and put asafoetida, cumin seeds and mustard in it and when the cumin seeds gets light brown then add green chilli and grated raw Mango and saute it for few seconds.
  2. Now add black pepper powder, Turmeric powder and mix it well. When the raw Mango get soft then add sugar and mix it well. Add cooked rice, salt and pav bhaji masala and saute it for few minutes. After few minutes add coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas.
