  1. In a pan heat oil and peanuts, chanadal, urad dal, mustard seeds, turmeric, haldi and fry till the nuts and dal are golden in colour.. Do not burn
  2. Add green chillies(add according to taste) and curry leaves.. Now add grated raw mango and grated coconut and fry.. Add salt and sugar and cook till the oil leaves from the sides. You can store this mixture in refrigerator for upto 2-3 days.. Just heat it up before mixing the rice..
  3. Now add the cooked rice and mix well.. Add fresh coriander and serve hot.. Enjoy it with your favourite pickle..
