  3. Add slitted green chillies, minced ginger and dry red chillies,saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add turmeric powder, grated raw mango,mix and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add boiled rice and salt. Mix well, saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Raw Mango Rice, garnishing with finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
