- Cook basmati rice & keep it aside. Peel & grate raw mango. Also grate coconut & keep it aside.
- Mix both rice & grated raw mango. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Now add all the ingredients mentioned in for tadka. Saute a little till the peanuts & udad is properly fried & become crunchy.
- Now add mixture of rice & raw mango to the tadka. Mix & saute it for 1 or 2 min. Then add coconut & salt. Mix well & garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Your delicious raw mango rice is ready to be served.
