- Add chopped green chillies, urad, mustard and cumin seeds.
- After daal are golden brown in colour and broken red chillies and curry leaves.
- After curry leaves become cryspy add turmeric powder and fry for 30 seconds
- Add grated raw mango and salt cook till oil separates.
- Add chopped coriander leaves mix well. This mixture can be stored for 2-3 days without refrigerating, 10 days in refrigerator.
- Add mango chitranna gojju to rice and mix well. Serve with pickle and curd rice.
