  2. Prepare 1 Raw mango

Steps to make Tangy Rice:
  1. Collect all ingredients at one place. Chop raw mango into cubes.
  2. Wash and cook rice.
  3. Grate coconut.
  4. Heat up ghee in a wok add asfoetida, mustard and jeera seeds.Add green cardamom, urad and chana dal.Add curry leaves,red chilli, cashews and kishmish.Saute all this well.
  5. Add turmeric.Now add chopped raw mango.
  6. Cook till they become soft.
  7. Add cooked rice, and salt,
  8. Add grated coconut.Mix well.
  9. Tangy rice is ready. Eat with papad,curd and salad or as it is.
