  1. Soak chickpeas over night in water.
  2. Next morning wash them under running water. Spread it on a cloth for drying.
  3. Make sure to wipe out all the moisture before you proceed for tadka.
  4. Now take the grated mango and salt to it keep it side.
  5. After an hour squeeze out all the moisture from mango & let it try on a cloth for dry an hour.
  6. Now heat the oil in a kadhai till smoke put off the gas.
  7. Now add all the ingredients in the oil with dried chickpeas and mango mix them well till all the spices are coated on chickpeas & mango.
  8. Now take a jar pour the pickle top it with more smoked oil.
  9. Should completely dipped in oil.
  10. Keep it in sun for 3-4 days consume it after 2 weeks.
