  1. સૌ પ્રથમ કાચી કેરી ના નાના ટુકડા કરી ને મીઠુ નાખી 1કલાક રહેવા દો.
  2. હવે એક પેન માં તેલ નાખી તેમાં રાઈ, મેથી દાણા પાવડર, લીમડો, લસણ, લાલ આખા મરચા નાખી સાંતળો.
  3. લસણ થોડું ગુલાબી રંગ નું થાય એટલે તેમાં હળદર પાવડર, લાલા આખું મરચું પાવડર, નાખી તરતજ કેરી ના ટુકડા નાખી દેવા. મીઠુ સ્વાદ મુજબ નાખવું. ગેસ બંધ કરી દેવો, કેરી ને ચડવા નથી દેવાની. તિયાર છે કેરી નું અથાણું,, તેમાં તેલ ઓછું થાય તો તેલ ગરમ ને ઠંડુ પડી ને નાખી શકો છો. આ અથાણાં ને 1અઠવાડિયા પછી ઉપયોગ કરવો.અહીં હું રેગ્યુલર તેલ નો ઉપયોગ કરું છું.
