- Now in a kadai add mustard oil. When it hot add the mustard seeds when it splatters put off the flame add the methi, sauf, hing and awjin. Now add the hot oil to the gratted mango. Mix them well. Now add 2 cup of vinegar as preservative. Now keep it cover in a vessel for 2 days. On the 3 Rd day put it in a clean dry jar. Or you can keep it in the sun also.
